Dear Customers,

Our team are busy showing mortgage surveyors the various apartments. Progress is good, carpets are now starting to be laid and individual apartments are being handed over to us for snagging and final checks. The main entrance is starting to look impressive, tiling has started, a new concierge desk has been delivered and placed in situ. Our entrance chandelier will hopefully be installed during this month. The pedestrian entrance from Royal Mint Street is now being paved, steps and planters are being set in place. Operatives on site have passed the 450 mark. Mr Dragan Popovic, head of concierge, has now started work for the management company and is making himself familiar with the layout and functioning of the building. He is currently working from IJM’s office but is based on site for much of the day and is looking forward to welcoming all of our apartment owners. As we are still a very busy construction site, we are discouraging site visits but more than happy to meet customers in our office and walk the perimeter of the site. Furniture for the communal areas has been purchased and delivery arranged for early November. By now, we hope that you have your finances in place as we are only a matter of weeks from serving completion notices. As always, any queries, please contact the IJM office or email any of the staff.

There were 32 pieces of local art (metalwork) in the original street railings. As a planning condition, we have to re-use these pieces on the exterior of the new development. We have had them sand blasted, restored and lacquered, now ready for re-installation. We think they look great.

One of the apartment corridors, carpets laid but protective covering installed whilst snagging works take place.

Cladding to reception arch taking place.

If you look closely enough you will see the abseiler washing down the façade of the building.

Landscaping works to the entrance piazza.

Doors and glazing shortly to be installed in the reception area.
